Check APP Permissions.
- Long press on the Nebry UC app, and select 'App Info'
- Enable ‘Autostart’
- and ‘Fullscreen mode’, from the ‘App info’ main page.
- Now check every sub-menu for the correct settings.
- From the ‘App Permissions’ menu, make sure that ‘Pause app activity if unused’ is unchecked (off).
- And that all permissions are ‘Allowed’ and that there are no permissions listed under ‘Not Allowed’.
- In the ‘Other Permissions’ menu, make sure that all options are allowed (green)
- From the ‘Notifications’ menu, please make sure that all settings are on.
- Ensure that both ‘Wi-Fi’ and ‘Mobile Data’ are allowed in the ‘Restrict data usage’ section.
- Set battery saver to ‘No Restrictions’ in the ‘Battery Saver’ menu (E).
Check Calling account is enabled.
- Open the Native dealer application.
- Click on the three dots at the top.
- Click on ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Calling Accounts’
- Select ‘Calling Accounts’ again.
- Enable ‘Nebry UC’ from the ‘Other available accounts’ section.
