Business Hours

To create business hours to be used in your flow:

1. Go to Nebry UC, and from the left-hand side of the portal, click on "Business Hours".
   
   
2. Once on the "Business Hours" screen, click on "Create Business Hours".
   
   
3. On the "Create Business Hours" modal, enter the details that you need.
   1. Name: The name that you want to associate with the business hours (i.e. Workshop, etc.).
      
      
   2. Time Zone: Select the time zone that you want the business hours to follow.
      
   3. Adjust the business hours to your liking, select;
      1. Week Days
      2. Open Time
      3. Close Time
      4. Breaks
         
   4. Once ready, click on "Create Business Hours" to save your changes.

Above is an example of business hours set for a company that operates from Monday to Friday, from 07:30am till 17:30pm. The company also has a one hour break from 13:00 till 14:00 during this time any incoming calls are diverted according to the flow.
