Add or remove extensions to an existing call group

Go to Nebry UC, and from the left-hand side of the portal, click on "Call Groups".
Once on the "Call Groups" screen, click on the call group that you want to modify.
1. To add a new extension.
  1. Click on "Add extensions to this call group" and select the extension from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click "Save Call Group" once ready.
2. To remove an existing extension.
  1. Click on the "X" at the end of the extension name to remove it.
  2. Click "Save Call Group" once ready.
